Founded in 2025, Extra Marine Yachting is the official distributor in Türkiye of EXTRA Yachts, the Italian semi-custom motor yacht brand born within Palumbo Superyachts. Co-founder Selim Özgörkey brings together decades of business experience at Özgörkey Otomotiv, a passion for design and engineering rooted in automobile collecting, and more than 40 years of yachting experience.

Founded in 2017, EXTRA Yachts draws on the engineering and megayacht expertise of Palumbo Superyachts, whose heritage dates back to 1967. EXTRA Yachts combines contemporary Italian design with exceptional onboard volume, expansive living spaces and a strong connection with the sea. Wider beams create generous bridge and salon areas, while advanced engineering delivers exceptional seaworthiness, reduced noise, lower fuel consumption and long-range cruising capabilities.

Its semi-custom approach preserves the distinctive character of each model while allowing layouts, materials, equipment and details to be tailored to the owner's lifestyle. Selen and Selim Özgörkey's first-hand experience as EXTRA Yachts owners —and their appreciation of the brand's design, comfort and quality of life at sea—was instrumental in their decision to undertake its distribution in Türkiye.
